I will regret giving this to you

that I've been building when the camera's off.

Something I keep noticing.

There's a guy who's been watching no-code videos for months.

He gets it. He could explain almost everything about no-code to you right now.

He still hasn't built anything

You probably know him.

...It might be you.

And here's what's actually going on.

That's not a knowledge problem. You have enough knowledge.

It's a structure problem.

Tutorials teach you stuff. They don't tell you what to do once you wake up in the morning.

So you watch. You learn. You close the tab.

And then you sit there. Blank screen. No idea what's next.

That gap? Between "I get it" and "I built it"?

That's where people lose months

The builders who actually ship aren't smarter than you. They're not working harder.

They just had a map that nobody else had.

Do this. Then this. Then this. Until it's built.

That's the whole difference. Not talent. A map.

So here's what I've been doing.

For months now, I've been locked in, building that exact map.

Building it. Breaking it. Building it again. I've scrapped the whole thing and started over twice.

Then I handed it to a few people. Watched them go from a blank screen to a working app. In days. Not months.

That's when I knew.

It's almost ready.

And when you see it, you're going to be annoyed.

Annoyed that "I'll figure it out eventually" ever felt like a plan.

More in a couple days. Stay tuned.

P.S. While I'm heads down building this, don't waste the wait.

I dropped a new video on YT this week: How to Use AI Coding Tools Better than 99% of Developers.

It's how the top 1% actually use AI coding tools while everyone else fights them.

If you watch one thing before this launches, make it this one.
